Cyndy Camomile

Cyndy grew up in the Midwest town of Scottsbluff, Nebraska. She has one daughter, Nicole, and adorable "grand" pugs. In her spare moments she enjoys tap dancing, yoga, shopping with her daughter, and golf (“hacker”).

After high school, Cyndy attended the University of Wyoming, and soon a dream-come-true career in the airline industry beckoned. She moved to Denver, Colorado and worked for Frontier Airlines for 20 years, and eventually transferred to Phoenix. When Frontier Airlines ceased operations, Cyndy then worked for Best Western Hotels as a sales support manager. She began a successful career in real estate sales with Farnsworth when the company was building its third active adult community. In 1998 she transferred to Sunland Springs Village where she has been the Top Sales Associate for the past several years.

Cyndy states, “I am so proud to represent the product that Farnsworth builds, and the reputation that the company has built over the years. It makes my job much easier to sell a quality home in an excellent location. I strive to establish relationships with my customers based on value and trust.”

Gary Gunnell

Gary is a native of Mesa, Arizona born in 1958, the same year his grandfather (Joe Farnsworth) and his uncle (Ross Farnsworth) partnered to form Farnsworth Companies and began building their first retirement community in Mesa.

After serving a mission for his church in Quito, Ecuador, attending Brigham Young University, and a short stint in the Gunnell family tire business, Gary started his real estate career in 1985 with Farnsworth Realty. Ten years later, he joined the new home sales division where he is proud to be part of a team that has earned many J.D. Power awards for customer satisfaction.

Gary and his wife, Rosemarie, are blessed with six children and now enjoy grandchildren as well. He is devoted to his family and church, but his other interests include cooking, hunting, fishing, boating, riding ATVs, and spending time at the family cabin.

Gary states, “Integrity is the most important thing I can offer my customers. I treat people how I want to be treated…with honesty and fairness. I believe trust is a vital component of any successful business relationship. I not only want you as a customer, I want your family and friends to buy from me as well. Only with trust will that happen.”

Joe and his wife, Sandi, live in Mesa and have two children. He has maintained spa memberships for over 35 years and also enjoys mountain and road biking, racquetball, and skiing. He and Sandi have been on several cruises and have traveled to many locations.

Jim Smith

Jim grew up on Long Island, New York. After high school he joined the US Navy, serving on the USS Wasp. He married his high school sweetheart, Renee, and they have two sons. In 1971 the family moved to Arizona where Jim later graduated from Mesa Community College with a degree in Marketing and Middle Management. Among Jim’s interests are baseball, basketball, exercising, swimming, horticulture, travel and attending concerts, especially country music.

Jim retired after a fulfilling career in the automotive field that spanned over three decades. His specialty was Sales and Fleet Management for Chevrolet and GMC trucks. Jim’s retirement era was short-lived, however. Jim and Renee had a great experience building their own home in Sunland Springs Village, which led him to joining the Springs Realty sales team so he could share his enthusiasm for the community from a personal perspective.

Jim states that the most important aspiration in his sales career is to provide “100% customer satisfaction”. He was consistently ranked in the top 3% nationwide in customer satisfaction for truck sales, a personal goal that he brings to the Springs Realty sales office. He looks forward to the opportunity to help you build your home at Sunland Springs Village.
