The Try Before You Buy Guest Program includes:
- 4-day/3-night stay in a fully furnished condo in Sunland Springs Village
- 18-hole round of golf at Sunland Springs Golf Course
- Dinner at a nearby restaurant
- Two movie passes to a local theater
- Access to all recreational amenities (fitness center, swimming pools, tennis, and much more)
- Bicycles to tour the community
- Appointment with Sales Associate to tour model homes and discuss building a new home or condo in Sunland Springs Village
General Information:
- Must be at least 45 years of age living outside of Maricopa & Pinal counties
- Must be planning the purchase of a new home within the next 24 months
- Subject to availability of condo on a first-come, first-served basis
- Reservations may be requested no more than 3 months in advance of desired stay
- Reservation will be confirmed when advance payment is received by Springs Realty
- Occupancy limited to 1 or 2 adults
- Pets are not permitted
- Offer is non-transferable
