Personal Design options have been created for each of the basic floor plans, already incorporating many of the popular and frequently requested changes. Possible options include enlarging the great room, bedroom, or bathroom. You may even extend the garage for your golf cart.

Design CenterAn onsite Design Center offers you the convenience of one-stop shopping for making your selections of everything from “floor to roof”. This includes paint, carpet, tile, cabinets, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinets, countertops, appliances, and much more.

In addition, we purchase lumber and building materials from other Farnsworth-owned companies. This gives us tighter control over the quality of materials used in your home.
